2011 Event


7th Annual I-15 GOLF TOURNAMENT

Date: May 13-15, 2011; Golf May 14

Tee Time: May 14, 1:30 pm

Course/ Location: Primm Valley Golf Course

Cost: $175.00 single golfer or $600 for a foursome.
The room cost is separate (see below).

(Included with the golf fee is a hosted cocktail reception, silent auction and raffle, a sharp Adidas polo shirt, box lunch, drinks on the course, trophies for the elite, chance to win a car in the hole-in-one contest.)

Ideal Date and Time to Arrive: On Friday night, May 13, we will have a cocktail party with a hosted bar at 7:00 pm at Fireside Restaurant and Tavern. All non-golfers will be asked to provide a $20 donation to attend.

Check Out/Depart: Sunday, May 16 or later!

Hotel Information:

The host hotel for the weekend is Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Participants are responsible for making their own reservations. Make a reservation online at Mandalay Bay or call 1-877-632-7000 and specify the group code (HGOLF2). Mandalay Bay rates (139/139/69), THEhotel rates are (189/189/99). Rates are double occupancy. There will be a $25 per night charge for each additional person. Maximum four people to a room.

These rates are for May 13, 14, 15, 2011. Reservations must be made by May 10, 2011. Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours before the date of arrival. If you want to stay longer or come to town earlier, inform the reservation agent when you make your reservation.


Golf Information:

We will play at Primm Valley Golf Club on the Desert course. Please arrive by 12:30 pm on Saturday, May 14. Transportation will be provided to the golf course from Mandalay Bay Hotel. The bus will depart 11:30 am sharp on May 14 from the beach level of Mandalay Bay Resort.

If you are going to play, you MUST complete the Entry Form no later than May 10, 2011. Be sure to name three additional people to make up your foursome; if no additional names are listed, we will assign you to a group.

The cost for golf is $175.00
